4 August 2006	Administrator to confirm that approved GRC is suited to review submitted applications	ADM
7 August 2006	Arrange GRC meeting & convey details to GRC	ADM
7 August 2006	Email grant applications for review to GRC members, including copies of the following forms APP, GDL, GRC-GDL, EVL & GRC.	ADM
8 August 2006	Assess funding for grants in 2006	CHR/ADM
June to Sept	All 2006 funded researchers present projects/results at branch AGMs	APP
18 August 2006	GRC members submit reports to Administrator	GRC
24 August 2006	Telephonic meeting of the GRC at 19h00	GRC
28 August 2006	Convey via fax the GRC results of applications to the relevant branch & enquire regarding additional funding of the application(s)	ADM
30 August 2006	Branches fax reply of 'additional funding' to National Office	BRNCH
11 September 2006	GRC Co-ordinator submits final report of GRC to National Office	ADM
20 September 2006	Mail thank you letter to GRC members	ADM
20 September 2006	Mail notice to all grant applicants - convey result of GRC	ADM
29 September 2006	Administrator finalises grant deadlines for following year	ADM
7 November 2006	Approval of grant deadlines (for following year) at the Exco meeting	EXCO
22 January 2007	Submission of Final Research Reports by 2005 funded researchers	APP
23 January 2007	Circulate FRR to GRC (2005) members - on email	ADM
26 January 2007	GRC members forward "approval" of FRR to ADM - all on email	GRC
31 January 2007	First payment (50%) of 2007 awarded grants	ADM
